Welcome to 4B Studio. By accessing our services or subscribing to a monthly plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer 3D visualization, interior/exterior renders, product modeling, and animations through monthly subscription packages or one-time projects. Services are delivered digitally through email, for larger files third-party apps will be used for delivery.
2. Delivery Time
We process one request at a time per subscription. New requests are added to a queue and handled in order of submission. You may queue multiple tasks, but only one is active at a time. Average delivery time is 3-6 business days depending on complexity. High-complexity scenes may take longer, especially with large models, animation, or heavy detailing. Pro plan clients receive priority.
If a one-time project includes a high volume of renders or complex elements beyond the original scope, the delivery timeline may be adjusted. Any extension will be clearly communicated in advance. Delayed feedback may result in a shift in delivery schedule.
3. Revisions
All plans include unlimited revisions within reason. Revisions do not include entirely new project scopes. Revisions apply to the approved concept. Major changes to structure, style, or scope will be treated as a new request.
4. Ownership
All final deliverables are owned by the client after full payment. We may use work for our portfolio unless NDA is signed. Source files are not included unless explicitly stated or purchased separately.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. You can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.
One-time projects are billed in full via invoice before production begins.
For invoiced projects, payment terms are typically 100% upfront and 50% unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments beyond 10 days may result in paused work.
6. Communication
We use Trello, WhatsApp, and email to manage tasks and updates. Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Work-in-progress will be completed through the end of your billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.
